The apartments have a living room with a comfortable pull-out double sofa bed (1.8 x 2m), a 50” full HD digital satellite TV, WiFi, a safe, a cloakroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, a coffee machine, a fridge-freezer and a microwave oven with grill function.

There is also an ample bedroom with a double bed (1.8 x 2m) and wardrobe.

The apartments also have a luxurious bathroom with windows as well as a spacious shower, toilet and washbasin with storage.

The apartments enjoy a sunny south-facing balcony.

The new and exclusive 4-room "Belvedere" apartment (104 sqm) is located in our annexe, 30m from the main building in the villa district of Meran - Obermais.  Enjoying views of the breathtaking mountain landscape and the Pulvertum (gunpowder tower) on the Tappeinerweg walking trail, the modern and spacious living room has a large 65 inch satellite TV and a comfortable sofa. From here, you can access the covered, south-west facing terrace.

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms each with a large wardrobe and balcony.

 The luxurious, fitted bathroom has a large shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin with plenty of storage space. A daytime toilet with washbasin is also available.

 The separate kitchen is spacious and well equipped. There is a large dining table and from here you can access the balcony. 

The apartment is furnished to a high standard and has solid oak floors.
